Perth Amboy Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to record indexes, public rolls, and directory collections concerning Perth Amboy, New Jersey. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for a lawful purpose. You may not use it, or material located through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make a decision regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Nothing here, including material returned by a linked search tool, is a consumer report or may be used to assess eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.

Government portals and independent services, including sponsored search providers, maintain their own rules and policies. We do not control or accept responsibility for their content, uptime, fees, or information practices.

11. Governing Law
New Jersey law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record requests described by the service are subject to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, P.L. 2001 c.404, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., as amended by P.L. 2024 c.16, and to the exceptions and custodian procedures that apply to a particular record.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
