A name, phone number, or address entered in a search box is sent to the independent provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains the information in that message and is used to respond.

Hosting services create routine logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate for security, operation, and page-use trends. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the service, diagnose problems, measure traffic, and improve the reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.

Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and independent search services. The privacy practices of those destinations govern information submitted there, including information entered in sponsored search results.

Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described above. There are no visitor accounts, passwords, or personal profiles maintained by this site.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. If you believe a person under 18 sent information to us, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
New Jersey's Public Data Privacy Act, P.L. 2023 c.266, N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq., provides qualifying consumers certain rights with covered controllers, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights. Because this service holds very little visitor information, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and applicable logs, then removing information that can be removed. Send a request through the Contact page. Records held by a New Jersey state, county, or municipal custodian remain outside our control and must be addressed to that custodian.
